Join us from September onwards for a series of invigorating pop-up events at the De La Warr Pavilion in Bexhill-on-Sea.
Located on the lush green lawns just outside the Pavilion, enjoy a combination of cold dips and hot sauna contrasts. Start your day with a refreshing plunge in the Sea followed by a soothing sauna session to rejuvenate your body and soul.
Afterward, treat yourself to a delicious lunch at the Pavilion's café, offering locally sourced dishes in a welcoming atmosphere.
These pop-ups are perfect for socializing too! Meet up with friends before heading to a concert or art exhibition inside the Pavilion, creating a day filled with enriching experiences.

Swimwear:
Our dress code requires that swimwear is worn in the sauna.
Towels:
one towel to sit on for good hygiene
another for drying afterwards
Flip Flops:
To navigate the pebbles on the beach!

We have a small changing area with dry storage for clothes and bags

We will be providing showers (via watering can!)
Toilets are located inside the Pavillion

There are bike racks available.

Accessible routes along the seafront and from the town centre.

Nearest train station is Bexhill Station which is a 10 minute walk from the Pavilion
Car Parking
There is Pay and Display parking available at the Pavilion

Sessions can be booked for 30mins or 1 hour. Length of time is at your personal discretion. You can find more information to help you decide here.

If are booked into a session but can no longer attend you can cancel from your Momence account. You will receive a credit to rebook if it is outside of the 24 hour cancellation window. We do not offer money refunds.

We welcome group bookings- to book the whole sauna select this option.
If a 60 minute slot is not available at your chosen time you may be able to book multiple 30 minute slots.
Whilst we welcome drop-ins we encourage you to book to ensure you get the slot you want!
