As well as our popular “pay as you go” session pricing, our three membership options are designed to make regular sauna practice more affordable, helping you unlock the full spectrum of health benefits.

Choose from 3 monthly memberships

  • Each credit equals a 30-minute session, with two credits covering a full hour.

  • Memberships are valid at all our locations, including pop-up events.

  • While credits are for individual use, you can easily book a session for a friend using your guest credits or by making an additional purchase.
