Luna Hut Sauna is seeking a motivated and organised Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.
As a key support role, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, including scheduling, customer inquiries, and maintaining booking software updates.

Job Overview:
As a Remote Administrative Assistant, you will work independently to manage the day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, customer communication, and ensuring smooth operations of our bookings. This role offers flexible working hours over a 3-4 day week, making it ideal for someone who is highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable with lone working, prioritising tasks and self time management. There is scope for this to develop with additional hours in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
Booking Management: Handle incoming enquiries and manage the booking calendar, coordinating with sauna sites to ensure availability and service delivery.
Events Communication: Communicating with our partners who provide curated sauna sessions and other events at the spaces.
Customer Communication: Respond to emails, social media messages, and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
Data Entry & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of bookings, client details, and financial transactions.
Social Media & Marketing Support: Assist with managing social media accounts, responding to inquiries, and updating content when required.
General Administrative Support: Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the team and streamline operations.
Key Requirements:
Tech Literate: Proficient with tools like Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets), booking systems, (momence) invoicing software (stripe) and social media platforms.
Organised & Detail-Oriented: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems without constant supervision.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
Flexible Working: Ability to work 3 hours a day, Wednesday + Friday to Sunday, with some flexibility to adjust hours as needed.
