Located next to the lifeguard station on the picturesque beachfront, treat yourself to a unique experience combining refreshing ocean plunges and soothing sauna sessions. Our Finnish-style sauna cabins provide a deep sweat that detoxifies the body, improves circulation, and relieves muscle tension.
Afterwards, enjoy a delightful lunch at one of the beachfront cafés. Explore nearby attractions such as the historic Eastbourne Pier, renowned for its Victorian architecture and lively arcades, or take a leisurely stroll along the scenic promenade for stunning coastal views.

Swimwear:
Our dress code requires that swimwear is worn in the sauna.
Towels:
one towel to sit on for good hygiene
another for drying afterwards
Flip Flops:
To navigate the pebbles on the beach!

We have a small beach hut for us as a changing area with (limited) dry storage for clothes and bags. Pack light, and come "beach ready" for ease as there can be a wait to use the beach hut at busy times.

There is a cold shower located next to us on the beach.
Toilets are located towards the band stand

There is Pay and Display parking available at Wish Tower and along the seafront.

There are bike racks available.

Nearest train station is Eastbourne Station which is a 10-15 minute walk from the Seafront

Sessions can be booked for 30mins or 60 mins. We would recommend booking 60 minutes for the full experience!

If are booked into a session but can no longer attend you can cancel from your Momence account. You will receive a credit to rebook if it is outside of the 24 hour cancellation window. We do not offer money refunds.

Book a 60 minute session by booking 2 x 30 minute sessions back to back.
**Our booking software is currently having a few issues when you try to “reserve additional spots” - if you have this issue please book multiple spots one at a time**
