For those who prefer flexibility without a commitment, our Pay-as-you-go option allows you to enjoy the sauna whenever you need it. Ideal for occasional visits, this option is perfect for those who like to take advantage of our health benefits without any sign-ups or commitments.

Pricing

  • Each session is priced individually ( £8 per 30-minute session).

  • One credit equals a 30-minute session.

  • Two credits cover a full hour.

Online Bookings

  • Must be paid for in advance and guarantee you’ll find a space.

  • Download the Momence app after you’ve made your first booking for a swifter check out process.

    Making a booking automatically creates a Momence account for you.

  • You can change the time of your booking via the Momence App up to 24 hours before. You will need to first cancel to receive a credit and then rebook using that credit.

  • Bookings can be cancelled via the Momence app up to 24 hour prior to your session to have credits returned for a future booking
