At Luna Hut, we use Momence for our bookings
Start by downloading the Momence app or signing in:
Cancelling a session
More Than 24 Hours Before:
You can cancel your session up to 24 hours before your booking and receive a credit back to your account to use for a future booking.
How to Cancel:
In the Momence app, locate your upcoming booking and tap the three vertical dots next to it. Select the cancel option to proceed. (Refer to the screenshot below for guidance.)
Less Than 24 Hours Before:
If you’re running late or need to adjust your booking on the day, email us. We’ll do our best to accommodate time changes, but we can’t guarantee availability.
Important: We cannot move bookings to a different day.
Changing a Booking:
If you want to change the time of a booking, you’ll need to cancel the current session first and then make a new booking.
Viewing your credits
For Membership Credits:
Log in to Momence via a web browser (not the app).
Navigate to “My Memberships” (Refer to the screenshot below for guidance.):
The top number indicates credits you’ve used.
The bottom number shows guest credits you’ve used.
For Non-Membership Credits (e.g. refunded sessions):
Go to “Event/Appointment Credits” in your account.
Credits are equivalent to 30-minute communal sessions.
Using Guest Credits
Some memberships include guest credits (the number depends on your membership tier).
To use guest credits:
Tick the Guest Booking box at checkout (Refer to the screenshot below for guidance.).
Then choose to book for:
Yourself and your guest in the same session, or
Only your guest.
Note: The guest booking option will appear only after your membership is activated (i.e. once you’ve booked your first session).
